What is FOM?
The FOM software became a part of the NFCF on August 2, 2010 and is an integral part of the day to day operations.
Facilities Online Management software is used by the NFCF to track users and instrumentation. Features include individual instrument calendars for easy timeslot sign up, a form for quicker contact to the facilities managers, sign up lists for instrument training, and organized billing abilities.
New Users, both internal and external, should visit the Registration page for further instructions on accessing FOM and the facilities. No user may make a reservation or use a machine until proper training has been completed.
Although the NFCF is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all users must schedule time to make sure that the machine is available to all users. Reservations may be made in the current or following week only. Each instrument has its own cancellation policy which can be found on FOM.
